WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept PayPal, as well as e-transfer payments
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items are custom orders, so we do not accept returns unless item is damaged during shipping and at that time the item will be replaced.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We offer gift certificates for use in our shop as well as for use on photo shoots.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer local pick up for free in Thunder Bay. There is a $5.00 delivery charge within the city limits if we deliver your item. We ship all items via Express Post or Purolator and charge the actual cost to ship the item.
